Whether you are you training for your first trail running race or looking to PB at your next 100 miler, we’ll help you see that what seems unreasonable right now is actually achievable!
Here’s what I am offering:
1) A one-time 3 or 6 month training plan/schedule to keep you on track. This would include weekly mileage goals, weekly mileage time goal and/or weekly vertical goal.
3 month plan for $125
6 month plan for $145
2) “One-on-one” coaching which includes a training plan/schedule (same as above), a Training Peaks account where everything will be housed (training plan, goals, GPS data, etc), unlimited emails/phone calls, two detailed workouts per week that would be specific for your goal race (and other races in between) plus the regular “bread & butter” runs, evaluation of your weekly runs through Training Peaks and anything else you can think of really!!
$650 for 6 months (when paid in advance)
