Registration Details

A custom Capes 100 running hat made by YUL, eligibility for excellent draw prizes, buckle for 100 mile finishers, drop bag service, insurance, and of course, a well marked and beautiful route with well stocked aid stations!

ATTENTION VOLUNTEERS: If you can help us out for a 5-8 hour shift, you’ll receive a Capes 100 long sleeve shirt, draw prize eligibility, and a free entry into any one of our races in the 2024/2025 season (excluding Capes 100).

If you registered but cannot attend, contact us by January 1st, 2024 for a 75% refund and between January 2nd and June 15th, 2024 for a 50% refund. Your hat order will be cancelled, so don’t expect to receive one.

No refunds after June 15th, 2024.

No refunds for camping at Big Belle Farm.

No refunds on shirt orders.

Are you registered to run but can’t because of injury/illness/training issues? If you can volunteer on race weekend 2024 (8hrs), you can defer for the following year!

IMPORTANT: Transfers are not allowed because we have a wait list. This means you can’t sell your spot.

Note 1: if you register for the 100 miler or 87k and want to drop down to a shorter distance, you will not get the difference in the registration fee back. Sorry.

Note 2: if you register for the 46k and want to ‘bump up’ to a longer distance, it can be done up to August 1st, 2024 (just send an e-transfer for the difference). No additions to the start list will be made after August 1st, 2024.
