- 12:00pm-7:00pm — Check-in/Swag pick up at the Mabou Gaelic College (32 MacDonald Road, Mabou)
- 6:00pm-7:00pm — Live music!
- 7:00pm — Pre-race meeting (mandatory — also at the Mabou Gaelic College)
- 9:00pm — Deadline for drop bags (at the registration area)
Saturday August 10, 2024
- 6:00am — all events start at the Mabou Gaelic College
- 2:00pm — Awards for 46k at the Mabou Gaelic College
Sunday August 11, 2024
- 12:00pm — Awards for 86k and 160k at the Mabou Gaelic College
- 6:00pm — 100 mile course closes
